Justine A. Harrison

UAS Legal Counsel

Justine’s law practice is focused on aviation. It is not only a practice area, but also a tool that enables her to visit clients in the region at their offices.

As a pilot with experience flying in Africa, Europe, North America and the Caribbean, and as an experimental aircraft builder and operator, Justine brings an intimate understanding of aviation issues to her practice. Her client base includes unmanned (UAS/UAV) aviation companies, aviation nonprofits, corporate flight departments, charter companies, repair stations, and flight schools. She regularly presents on aviation legal and regulatory topics and handles a wide variety of airport, FAA, NTSB and aviation business matters including Part 107 waivers and Section 333 exemptions.

When she is not working, you will most likely find her flying the experimental AirCam she co-built.
